Emergency Medical Technician- Advanced

 

Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) - Advanced in the Healthcare Industry is also known as a lifesaver or paramedic. EMT-Advanced has more training and internship requirements than the EMT-Basic and can undertake additional tasks, administer a greater range of medication and perform more procedures. Individuals at this job need to provide emergency medical support and care to individuals who are critically ill or injured and transport them to a medical facility within stipulated time limits.

ELIGIBILITY:

Class XII in Science or Level 4 EMT-B with the minimum three years of experience

  • One Day Workshop
  • Original AHA Study Material Provided
  • AHA Certificate and E-card Provided
  • Certification Valid for 2 years

  • Operations Theory
  • Hospital Rotations
Training Methodology:

Lecture Presentation, Small group Activities, Short scenarios, Skill presentations and skill practice, Real time scenarios, Guided discussions.

The faculty of LIHS is drawn from highly experienced medical professionals who are certified instructors of American Heart Association, International Trauma Life support and Advance Trauma Life support courses. Master Trainers Certified by HSSC / TISS.
